Grand Prize Details
Travel may be taken and must be completed between Feb. 9, 2009 to June 30, 2009; Sept. 1 - Dec. 14, 2009; Jan. 16, 2010 - Feb. 10, 2010. No deviations to these dates can be authorized. All travel must be completed within 90 days from the date your ticket is issued or no later than Feb. 10, 2010. There is one (1) Grand Prize of a trip for two (2) to Fiji. Included is roundtrip airfare on Air Pacific (economy class tickets) departing from Los Angeles (LAX) and arriving in Nadi, Fiji. As a travel award recipient you are responsible for Federal, State and local taxes including U.S. airport tax. As taxes must be submitted concurrent with redemption of this award certificate, please obtain the amount(s) from our reservations sales agent and send payment by check with this document. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, i.e. passport and visa (if applicable). Once your tickets are issued, they are valid for 90 days. Date changes are permitted prior to travel date. Once travel has commenced, reissues or extensions are not allowed unless required and requested by Air Pacific. All travel plans for the winner must be made through Qantas Vacations. Additional travel arrangements and tours can be arranged and purchased at time of booking. Must be a legal resident of the US, age 21 or older, to participate. Prize is valid from 1st February 2009 to 1st March 2010. In the event one or more components is not available at time of booking Qantas Vacations reserves the right to replace any hotel night or other component of this prize with one of equal or comparable value. No substitution or transfer of Prize permitted, except that Qantas Vacations reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that Prize is unavailable. There is no cash substitute for the Prize. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Third-Prize Details
Four complimentary room nights at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino and roundtrip coach airfare for two from a major gateway city in the United States to Aruba. Rooms subject to availability. Once airfare is booked, no changes or refunds are permitted. Any tax or additional fees related to travel are the responsibility of the guest and not Hyatt. If the prize is not redeemed by September 1, 2010, the certificate will expire and Hyatt is relieved of any further responsibility. The age requirement is twenty-one (21) years of age, or older. All winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release evidencing compliance with the Promotion Official Rules.
