Ambergris Caye, Belize

Bahamas
Swim in an inland blue hole or over coral reefs on Andros Island, where more than 286,000 acres are protected as part of the Central Andros National Parks. Bonaire
The elegant residents of the Flamingo Sanctuary roost on sun-scorched salt pans on the island's southern half. British Virgin Islands

Curaçao

Martinique
The Cyparis Express has a short tour of St. Pierre, the charred remnants of the former "Paris of the West Indies," decimated by the 1902 volcanic eruption. Puerto Rico

Saba
On this towering, extinct volcano, the 1,500 locals refer to their home as the "Unspoiled Queen." It features gloriously isolated, vine-tangled rainforest.
