I wish to move back to The Big Island of Hawaii! I lived across from Kahaluu Beach in Kailu-Kona on Alii Drive. Wake up to birds chirping, snorkeling with the sea turtles, the sound of the waves at night, the balmy breezes, the smell of jasmine and plumeria in the air, the Aloha spirit of the people, finding avocados as big as grapefruits on the side of the road, Maui white pineapples in August, sand in the toes every moment... I was happy every single day and I can't wait to move back! I'm a Hawaiian trained massage therapist ready to move back to island life!Heather Roloff
St. John, USVI. When my husband and I visit we are able to totally escape the rush of our daily lives back in Alabama. We get to know each other all over again while relaxing on the most beautiful, tranquil beaches the island has to offer. We enjoy the food, the locals, and of course the wildlife. It's like our little secret world.Erin Cartee Coggins
Bora Bora because it is a beautiful place and one where the pace of life would be more relaxing.Alison Baker
St Thomas, close enough to civilization should I need it, but a quiet beautiful island where you're surrounded by beaches, lush forrest and many bars to enjoy the carribean sunset and evening breezes caressing the island to sleep.Michael Hunt
St. Thomas, it's where I married my husband, and the place my son talks about going back to every year. The hospitality of every local we met & talked to makes it our #1 family vacation spot every year. For the past 3 years, my son (younger than age 10) talks about his friends, the people he met there, going back to the beach to play, the big boats in the harbors, all the cool shops he got to go to, and all the history about the pirates.
LOL....I ACTUALLY lived the dream!!! That's right...My husband and I chucked it all in 2004 (sold everything quit jobs, etc) and moved to Bonaire in the Dutch Caribbean. We managed our own Small Resort for almost 10 years....IF YOU GET A CHANCE TO DO IT...DO IT!!! We moved back to the USA last year, as I was diagnosed with Cancer (DOING GREAT...no evidence of disease now), but we cannot return full time to our island paradise as I need checkups every 3 months for the next 2 years! We will return to our lovely island soon to visit though! What great stories I have to tell!!! Thinking of writing a book!!!Liz Mellon Ginocchio
Somewhere in the South Pacific. The beauty of the ocean, calming vibes and the relaxed life of living on an Island. This will happen for me, as I manifest it everyday!
Kauai. We visited the island a couple years ago and were blown away by the amazing people, the beautiful surroundings, and the laid back atmosphere. They also have the best cuisine and mai tais!
