– 1 to 2 oz. Havana Cuban rum (to your taste)
– 1/2-oz. fresh passionfruit
– 1 oz. cranberry juice
– 1/2 oz. ginger syrup (a reduction of simple syrup and fresh ginger)
Mix the rum, cranberry, passionfruit and ginger syrup in a shaker with ice, then strain and serve cold in a highball or small glass with ice.
