SERVES 1

  • 1 1/2 oz. Appleton Estate Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Senior Curacao
  • 3 oz. POG Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Goombay Punch
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Floater of Rhum Barbancourt
  • Slice of lime

1. In a shaker filled with ice mix first 5 ingredients. Stir and pour into tall cocktail glass.

2. Top drink with a rum floater and garnish with lime.
