Guests booking the Hard Rock Family Caribbean Suite will receive up to $1,500 Resort Credit with a 5 consecutive night stay or longer, $750 Resort Credit when staying 4 consecutive nights or $500 when staying 3 consecutive nights.

The Hard Rock Signature Presidential Suite will receive up to $3,000 Resort Credit for a 5 consecutive night stay, $1,500 Resort Credit for a 4 consecutive night stay and $1,000 Resort Credit for a 3 consecutive night stay. The 4-Bedroom Villas will receive up to $4,500 Resort Credit for 5 - 8 night stays and Members will $6,000 Resort Credit for 5 - 8 night stays. All other room categories are entitled $1,500 Resort Credit, $750 Resort Credit or $500 Resort Credit based on length of stay. Stays of 9-11 nights are entitled to $2,000 Resort Credit and stays of 12 nights or more are entitled to $2,500 Resort Credit.

Amounts shown are the maximum credit that can be applied towards each product/service for a maximum cumulative amount equivalent to $1,500 per room/per stay with a 5-8 night stay, up to the equivalent of $750 per room/per stay with a 4 night stay and up to the equivalent of $500 per room/per stay with a 3 night stay.

The maximum credit for stays of 9-11 nights is $2,000 per room/ per stay and for stays of 12+ nights or more is $2,500 per room/ per stay.

Members traveling with incentive weeks will receive $750 Resort Credit with stays of 7 nights or more. Resort Credit is not valid for RCI 7x4 discounted rate. Resort Credit is valid for RCI members with prepaid stays of 7 nights or longer.

Tours, services and amenities are subject to availability. Services and amenities must be booked/requested upon arrival and must be purchased at full price. Resort Credit is applicable only towards the mentioned tours and only when operated by all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel Vacation Planners. Not applicable towards tours provided by other operators. Promotion, prices and applicable services are subject to change without notice. All services require reservation at least 24 hours prior to desired service. No refunds will apply in the event that a guest does not arrive for a scheduled service or tour. No shows are charged at full price. Guests staying at more than one resort will receive the benefits of the promotion depending of length of stay at each one, though unused credits may not be transferred to the next resort.

For Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana a maximum of 2,000 USD can be used towards Rock Shots. Taxes apply. Spa: Resort Credit may be used for towards spa/beauty salon services: up to $300 for stays of 5 - 8 nights; $150 for a 4 night stay and $100 for stays of 3 nights. Weddings: When using Resort Credit towards The Colin Cowie Wedding Collection, full amount must be used. Resort Credit is only applicable towards wedding collections with a price value of $3,000 or higher. Applicable Resort Credit depends on length of vacation is applied per room/per night. Golf: Resort Credit is applicable for golf rounds at regular price. Golf rounds include early fee, green fee, twilight fee, and junior fee and exclude all other fees. Resort Credit is not applicable toward any rental or purchase of any product. Additional restrictions or exclusions may apply at the time of bookings. Transportation is included to and from golf course for Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and Aventura Palace becoming Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in 2013 to Riviera Cancun Golf Course and Playacar Golf Course. Additional restrictions for Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta: Resort Credit for Golf at Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta may only be used towards golf rounds after 10:30am. Transportation is not included. Resort Credit may not be used towards rental equipment, extra rider fees or other concepts. Maximum amount of credit to be used towards golf for 5-8 night stay is $300 Resort Credit per room / per stay. $150 maximum for stays of 3 & 4 nights per room /per stay. Oro Nightclub: Resort Credit may be used towards a bottle of Moet Champagne served at the bar on any night except on nights with private events. Champagne bottle will be served at a table only with a reservation and agreeing to a minimum consumption amount. Valid for 1 bottle per stay.
