Built in 1920 to fulfill William Wrigley Jr's vision of a Catalina Island that could be enjoyed in comfort by everyone, and not just the wealthy, the Atwater Hotel offers a variety of room sizes and styles to suit any taste, budget, or group size.

Located only a half block from the beach, the hotel is scuba diver friendly, with complimentary storage for dive gear, and outdoor freshwater rinse for divers. Luggage service to and from the Avalon boat landing is available to all guests. Please note that all guest rooms are on the second and third floors, and accessible by stairs only.
