What do you get when you mix pineapple, tequila and passion fruit concentrate? It’s the Hawaiian version of a margarita, of course. Rim a glass with Li Hing Mui powder for added authenticity: made from dried plums, the powder adds a combo of sweet, sour and salty to the frozen drink.

Hawaiian Margarita Frozen Drink Recipe
- 1 ½ oz. tequila
- 1 oz. passion fruit concentrate
- 3 wedges of pineapple
- Li Hing Mui powder
In a blender, combine tequila, passion fruit concentrate, pineapple and ice. Blend until smooth. Rim a glass with Li Hing Mui powder. Pour contents of the blender into the glass, garnish with pineapple and serve.
