Anthony Bourdain's Favorite Paris Restaurant Of All-Time

VACATIONS

On his show "No Reservations," chef Anthony Bourdain highly praised the Parisian bistro Le Dôme. He stated, "It's an old classic [...] brasserie in the Montparnasse district."
This restaurant has been open since the late 1800s. Bourdain continued to recommend Le Dôme for its seafood years after the show aired.
Le Dôme is in the historical Montparnasse neighborhood of Paris, where famous members of the Lost Generation once roamed the boulevards and smoked in the cafes.
This restaurant was a simple place that offered cheap food, but by the time Bourdain visited in the early 2000s, it had already transformed into a high-end dining establishment.
Bourdain recommended this classic place to his viewers all the way back in 2006. It's still getting rave reviews today, and its high quality food has remained a staple.
