The McTeri Deluxe, available at some Hawaiian McDonald's, features a beef patty covered with a sweet and thick teriyaki sauce inside a sesame seed bun.
Pies
Hawaiian McDonald's locations have many unique pies, including the Guava & Creme pie, the Fried Apple Pie (as opposed to baked in most U.S. locations), and the Fried Taro Pie.
Another choice is the coveted haupia pie, a deep-fried treat based on a beloved Hawaiian coconut custard dessert. TikToker @leekaboy says that it pairs wonderfully with ice cream.
