This site 20 minutes from Joshua Tree offers glamping in 200-square-foot geodesic domes with queen beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and more.
The skylights are especially ideal for guests interested in stargazing. Guests can choose between the MoonCatcher Dome and the StarGazer Dome.
28 Palms Ranch
At 28 Palms Ranch, glampers can book traditional Mongolian yurts with a queen bed and an outdoor bathroom. Bring food to cook on the barbecue grill and fire pit.
The yurts have electricity and air conditioning but no Wi-Fi. There’s also little cell phone service, so you can fully immerse yourself in nature without distracting technology.
