Reconsider Flying In And Out Of This Stressful North American Airport

In a study conducted by Hawaiian Islands in 2022, the infamous Toronto Pearson International Airport was determined to be the most stressful airport in North America.
A whopping 76% of reviews of Toronto Pearson International Airport indicated stress. Passengers on Skytrax ranked everything about the airport below average, even the signage.
"Some of the most commonly cited phrases in negative reviews include 'customs,' 'immigration,' 'layover,' 'embarrassment,' and 'lost luggage,'" Hawaiian Islands' study notes.
According to FlightAware, in the summer of 2023, more than half of all flights coming out of Toronto Pearson were delayed to the point that Air Canada had to intervene.
