If you are visiting the great lakes in Michigan, stop by Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park. The destination includes a stunning shoreline to Lake Superior.
The park offers close to 100 miles of hiking trails and spans a staggering 60,000 acres with beautiful scenery. For the best views and waterfalls, head to the Lake Superior Trail.
Beyond the Lake Superior Trail, the Lake of the Clouds has an incredible view of the valley. For more scenery, the 50-foot Summit Peak lets you see the bulk of the park.
