VACATIONS
Zephyr Cove, Nevada is a summertime destination that will remind you of the Caribbean. The sandy bottom of the lake reflects light in a way that gives the water a turquoise glow.
You’ll only remember you’re in the United States when you look towards the snow-capped peaks of the mountains towering above the pine forests of Lake Tahoe.
This beach is less crowded than Sand Harbor State Park to the north but still has plenty to enjoy. You can rent jet skis, go parasailing, or go paddle boarding over the water.
