Mitti Hicks is a proud Midwesterner who brings the region's signature warmth and culture of oversharing into every story she writes. Known among her friend group as "someone who can always find a travel deal," she's built a career on making travel and the cultural discovery that comes with it more accessible with monthly flight deal roundups. She is currently the flight deals writer for Travel Noire, where she provides the best travel deals for the month. Before becoming a travel journalist, Mitti was a television journalist for both local and national news.
Education
Mitti has a Master of Science in broadcast and digital journalism, and a Bachelor of Science in communication from Ohio University.
