It had its share delays, but at long last, Boeing‘s first Dreamliner 787 is out of the hanger and onto the tarmac, all-but-ready to begin service for All Nippon Airways this September. While a few more test flights are pending, the plane boasts an impressive 20 percent fuel savings due its light weight, thanks largely to the usage of composite materials in its primary structure.
