Static Media will publish a finalized list of up to 20 brands, services or products in each Contest List. After a Contest List has been finalized, Static Media will publish the Contest List and open it to public voting. Voting will commence for a period of 28 days for each voting period. Static Media will announce the Static Media Award winners in their respective categories within 10 days of the conclusion of the Voting Period. Static Media will publish a list of winners.

3. VOTING

Nominees may share the approved Static Media contest-style Nominee Badge and promote their participation in the Static Media Awards to their fans and followers. Nominees may not run a promotion or giveaway for votes. Nominees must stop using the Nominee Badge once voting closes. A Nominee and its directors, management, officers and employees are not eligible to vote for the Nominee in the Awards.

The use of automated voting systems, bots, macros, scripts or vote manipulation in any form is strictly prohibited. Votes linked to this behavior will be voided at Static Media' sole discretion. Nominees and Nominee representatives are prohibited from offering prizes, offers and/or inducements to the public to vote, including vote farming, fraudulent voting practices or inappropriate promotions that artificially inflate the Nominee's standing in the Static Media program.

4. WINNERS AND PRIZE

Contest Winners will be given the opportunity to purchase a license allowing them to use the official Awards Badge ("Badge"). The use of the Badge is subject to the terms of a separate trademark license agreement between Static Media and the Winner.
