Cosmojito Cocktail Recipe

SERVES 1

2 oz. vodka
1/2-oz. Cointreau
8 mint leaves
1 tsp. brown sugar
Cranberry juice
Lime

1. Mull mint leaves with brown sugar and the juice of half a lime.

2. Add vodka, Cointreau and a splash of cranberry juice. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
