A splash of champagne gives this rum, lime and honey cocktail its sparkle.
Air Mail Drink Recipe
In a martini shaker, mix together the following ingredients:
- 1 oz. white rum
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz honey
- a splash of champagne
Add ice and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute and serve.
