SERVES 1

  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. crème de banana
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 oz. passion-fruit concentrate
  • 3 oz. cream of coconut
  • 1 cup ice

Combine ingredients in a blender; blend on high until smooth. Garnish with a lime twist and serve in a homemade "monkey jar" assembled from a melon, lemon wedges and a halved grape — or whatever you have on hand.
