Celebrate National Mezcal Day With The La Mula Cocktail From Rosewood San Miguel De Allende

A familiar recipe with a very delicious twist will make your festivities livelier.

Few hotels, anywhere in the world, capture the essence of their surroundings as well as Rosewood San Miguel de Allende. Opened in 2011, this property was designed to be a tribute to the rich local culture, which is why it fits in so wonderfully with the colorful buildings and streets of this beautiful town. Inside, guests will enjoy how this hacienda-like design concept seamlessly blends with luxury through the public spaces and into the 67 rooms, suites, and private residences.

But authenticity and style are hardly limited to the accommodations. The 1826 Restaurant and Luna Rooftop Tapas Bar are two of the coolest spots in town for enjoying amazing cuisine and, when it comes to the latter, amazing views. As for cocktails, the 1826 Tequila Bar provides an experience that is as educational as it is delicious, with the resident tequilier leading tasting sessions paired with bites chosen by the property's executive chef.

It goes without saying that we are all ears for this crew's top pick for National Mezcal Day, and the mixologists at Rosewood San Miguel de Allende did not disappoint with this awesome recipe.
