How To Make Occidental Cozumel's Tajin Cucumber Pepper Margarita

Sometimes trying a new cocktail can be an adventure in itself.

If you're traveling to Cozumel, chances are you're ready for some unforgettable scuba and snorkeling adventures. And if enjoying everything the Palancar Reef has to offer isn't on your itinerary, then you'll need to fix that as soon as you arrive, because you don't travel to one of the most popular dive destinations in the world and not, at the very least, pack a mask and snorkel. That'd be like staying at one of Cozumel's best resort's and not enjoying its most delicious and creative margarita. Borderline blasphemy.

At Occidental Cozumel, it is incredibly easy to solve both of these problems, as this resort's staff is on standby to help make any adventure a reality. Kids and adults alike will jump at the chance to swim with dolphins and sea turtles, but greater adventures await—especially around the reef—and myriad local tour guides are ready to lead the way. All the while, your chair at any of the three pools or beautiful stretch of beach will be waiting for you.

It will be there that you'll cross one of the best cocktails of your life off your to-do list, because the Tajin Cucumber Pepper Margarita is no ordinary drink. It is an adventure of its own, and anyone who thinks that a good marg comes from a bottle on a grocery store shelf needs to stock up on these ingredients and try this at home.
