Tropical Drink Recipe: RumRunner

SERVES 1

  • 2 tsp. hot water – 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • freshly squeezed juice of half a lime –
  • 2 oz. Lemon Hart Demerara Rum
  • 4 dashes angostura bitters
  • lime wedge for garnish

In a rocks glass, add the water and sugar, then stir until the sugar is almost completely dissolved. Fill the glass with ice; add the lime juice, rum, and bitters. Cover the glass with a cocktail shaker and shake a few times. Garnish with the lime wedge, and enjoy!
