Drink Recipes: How To Make Planter's Punch

Originating in Jamaica, this tropical cocktail is perfect served in big batches. Here's our favorite recipe for the best Planter's Punch.

Planter's Punch Recipe

Serves 1

  • 2 oz. dark rum
  • 1.5 oz. sour mix
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • .5 tsp. grenadine
  • freshly squeezed juice of 1/4 lime
  • club soda
  • orange slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add rum, sour mix, bitters, grenadine and lime juice. Stir, then top off with club soda. Garnish with the orange and cherry, and enjoy!
