Yelloween Fizz Champagne Cocktail

SERVES 1

  • 3/4 oz. Beefeater 24 Gin
  • 3/4 oz. Campari
  • 3/4 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • Top with Veuve Clicquot Champagne

1. Combine the Gin, Campari and St. Germain in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.

2. Strain contents into flute and top with Veuve Clicquot. This will assist in maintaining the effervescence of the Champagne.
