- 3/4 oz. Beefeater 24 Gin
- 3/4 oz. Campari
- 3/4 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- Top with Veuve Clicquot Champagne
1. Combine the Gin, Campari and St. Germain in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.
2. Strain contents into flute and top with Veuve Clicquot. This will assist in maintaining the effervescence of the Champagne.
