Mango Madness
The Mango Madness cocktail is perfect for both infinity pool sanctuaries and your own backyard. You’ll just need to imagine the Pitons for the latter. Jade Mountain

It’s not difficult to see why people love Saint Lucia. From the stunning Pitons and beautiful waterfalls to the drive-in volcano and black sand of Anse Chastanet, this island is regarded as one of the most romantic destinations in the Caribbean, if not the entire world. Year after year, Saint Lucia’s world-class resorts earn glowing, rave reviews (especially from our readers) and it is near-impossible to deny it.

A staple on many “best of” and “most romantic” lists is Jade Mountain, which is perched above its sister property, Anse Chastanet, and offers unparalleled views of both Pitons in addition to phenomenal architecture that keeps guests gasping from check-in to check-out. And when it comes to dining, guests can enjoy the bold, exotic Jade Cuisine, which was created by Chef Allen Susser and fuses local and Caribbean ingredients with worldly tropical tastes.

As for cocktails, the Mango Madness is an ideal Saint Lucian cocktail that just so happens to be very easy to make. Now you can, thanks to this recipe from Jade Mountain.
