Alison is an established journalist with more than 14 years of work experience in print newspapers and digital, including five years exclusively writing and editing travel. She focuses on travel news and feature stories and her work has appeared in Travel + Leisure, The Points Guy, Ski Magazine, Travel Weekly, and more. Born in Brooklyn and a lifelong traveler, she developed a love for exploring the world at an early age.
Education
Alison attained her master's in journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism and a bachelor's in journalism from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
