Experience
Struck by wanderlust from a young age, Siân has always been curious about exploring new places, learning about different cultures, and meeting new people. She seeks to experience each destination she visits in an authentic way, chatting with locals to hear their stories, see how they live, and discover what makes their communities unique. Siân began freelance writing in her final year of study at Queen's University Belfast and has since gone on to write for various renowned travel publications, including GetYourGuide, Ireland Before You Die, and The World Bucket List. She published her first guidebook in September 2022 and is currently working on a second, focused on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way. Whether it's surfing the south coast of Sri Lanka or sampling culinary delights in Italy, Siân embraces every adventure head-on, and through her writing, hopes to inspire others to do the same.
Education
Siân has a Masters Degree in Media and Broadcast Production and a Bachelor's Degree in English and History from Queen's University Belfast.
