Experience
Nikolai has worked as a professional writer for over a decade. Born and raised in Jerusalem amid a tapestry of interwoven and vibrant cultures, he has nurtured a deep love for storytelling and the sharing of culture and history through his writing. He began as a creative writer of short stories and essays, then pivoted toward travel and culture journalism in 2013, writing for FAIRmentation and Preferred MAG on international gastronomy and history, respectively. Having traveled extensively over the past decade, Nikolai decided to merge his two passions — travel and writing — by joining Static Media, where he brings his zest for exploration to an audience that craves unique, authentic, and accessible stories. Drawing on his rich linguistic background, he is always on the hunt for in-depth, local niche topics to share with fellow avid travelers and English-speaking readers.
