Megan has been writing about travel, especially as it intersects with wellness and innovation, since 2012. After launching her own blog early in her career, Megan soon began writing for print magazines, online journals, guidebooks, and speaking at conferences as a travel expert. She's been featured in Travel + Leisure, Refinery29, BravoTV and more. Some of Megan's writing has appeared in outlets such as Lonely Planet, Fodor's, Bustle, Success Magazine, and several in-flight magazines. At Islands, she loves to explore topics that highlight immersive travel experiences.
Education
Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Mary Washington.
