  • Travel remains her favorite topic to write about, allowing her to embrace the essence of a destination's culture through its art, music, cuisine, museums, and history.

Experience

Ashley developed her love for writing at a young age, transitioning from fiction to journalism in high school and never looking back. Now an award-winning journalist, she has worked on a number of high-end publications, including Laguna Beach Magazine, Newport Beach Magazine, Sea Island Life, Montage Magazine, Omni Escapes, Bespoke Concierge, Pure Wander, CBS LA/OC, Culture OC, and more. She also works as a creative copywriter and editor for Preferred Travel Group, bridging the gap between journalism and marketing. Ashley also wrote a book about the Orange County dining scene called "Eat Like a Local: Orange County."

Education

Ashley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and anthropology from California State University, Long Beach.
