Ryan has been a professional writer for ten years and has been published in Edible Pioneer Valley, The Pulse Magazine, Fresh Cup Magazine, The Epoch Times, and American Essence Magazine. He's been with Static Media since 2022, writing for Tasting Table, The Daily Meal, and Outdoor Guide. Apart from his professional writing, Ryan is an award-winning playwright, essayist, and aspiring novelist. He lives in the foothills of southwestern New Hampshire with his wife and four children.

Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in communication with a concentration in journalism from Westfield State University.
